Booking and Cancellation Policy
Students may schedule lessons through the booking system available on this website.
To ensure an organized schedule and availability for all students, the following policies apply:
• Classes should be booked in advance whenever possible.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
• Lessons cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled class time will require payment of 50% of the lesson fee, as this time has already been reserved and cannot usually be reassigned to another student.
• If the instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative time will be offered as soon as possible.
These policies help maintain fairness and availability for all students.
