You can start at any level. The program is designed to adapt to each student’s current level and learning goals.
-How are the classes structured?
The main Spanish course follows a structured program divided into modules. Each package includes access to the materials and 4 sessions with your tutor to guide your learning and practice speaking.
-How long does it take to complete a module?
Each module is designed to provide approximately one month of learning, but students can progress at their own pace depending on their schedule and practice time.
-How long does it take to complete a level (A1, A2, B1, B2) ?
Each level (A1, A2, B1, B2) of the program is designed to be completed in approximately one year. This timeline allows students to progress through the modules at a steady and comfortable pace while building strong communication skills.
However, the exact duration may vary depending on each student’s schedule. Breaks for vacations, personal commitments, or a slower pace of study may extend the timeline slightly, and that is completely normal.
The program is designed to be flexible, allowing students to continue progressing in Spanish while adapting the learning process to their availability and goals.
-Do you offer conversation practice?
Yes. In addition to the main course, we offer conversation classes focused on improving fluency, confidence, and real communication in Spanish.
-What happens after I finish a level?
After completing a level, students can continue with the next stage of the program or choose to focus on conversation practice to further develop fluency.
-What if I need to take a break from classes?
Students may take breaks if needed due to travel, work, or personal reasons. The program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to different schedules.
-Do I need to study outside of class?
Yes. Independent study is an important component of the learning process and is recommended in order to complete the program within the intended timeframe. Students receive practice activities and materials designed to reinforce the concepts introduced during the lessons.
If a student prefers not to complete the practice activities outside of class, these exercises can also be reviewed during the sessions. However, this may extend the overall duration of the program, as additional class time will be dedicated to practice rather than progressing to new content.
-What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through the booking platform available on this website. The available payment methods will appear during the checkout process. We also accept paypal.
-Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. Lessons can be rescheduled as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled class.
-What happens if I cancel a class?
If you cancel a class more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule the lesson without any problem.
-What happens if I cancel at the last minute?
Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Classes cancelled within 3 hours of the scheduled time require payment of 50% of the lesson fee, since the time has already been reserved.
-What if I miss a class?
If a class is missed without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.
-What happens if the teacher needs to cancel a class?
If the instructor needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the class will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
-Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer monetary refunds for purchased classes or packages. However, students have the option to receive credits that can be used for other services, such as future lessons or conversation classes.
This allows students to continue their learning experience in a flexible way.
